Nepal has secured a spot in ‘The Top 10 Places to Travel in 2016’ by Gazette Review. Nepal was voted into the list for having “some of the most spectacular sights on the planet”.

Gazette Review is a leading online portal based in Minneapolis, U.S.A. Their ‘Top 10’ list was created with the preferences of diverse travelers in minds- from nature lovers to adventurers to foodies and history buffs.

Other destinations to have made the list are Albania, Colombia, Cuba, Jordan, China, Romania, Sri Lanka, Canada and Japan, in that order.

Nepal places 10th on the list for the range of trekking and hiking opportunities amidst its Himalayas, remote mountain villages and ancient trade routes.

Nepal has been showered with a lot of positive support from the travelling community from around the world and 2016 has gotten off to a big start with several leading publications voting Nepal into their Top travel destinations of the year.

Gazette Review’s nomination is another feather in the cap for Nepal and is sure to encourage more travelers into considering a trip to Nepal.
